Feb 6, 2009 News Letter NEW PROGRAM     AWCC MEMBER / GUEST 10 PLAY PASS The Club is now offering to its members (certificate owners) an exciting new program, the AWCC Member / Guest 10 Play Pass.  This pass may be used by members for their guest play at Apache Wells Country Club.   Cost:    $300 plus tax.  (25% savings) (cash or check only) Guest must play with member. If guest is not riding in member’s cart, cart fees will apply.  (Borrowing another member’s cart is not permissible per Club’s CR&Rs). CARD MAY BE USED FOR YOUR SPOUSE OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER LIVING IN YOUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE. All other club rules pertaining to guest usage of AWCC apply. Card is non-transferable. No refunds. LIMITED LEASE OFFER - DESCRIPTION On 2/4/2009 the AWCC Board passed a motion to allow surrendered certificates that are the property of AWCC, to be leased on a one time, trial basis. This golfing rights lease will be for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and will be available for purchase from February 5, 2009 to October 31, 2009, or to any prior date that all surrendered certificates are leased. The Lessee has the same golfing rights defined for a renter. The Lessee does not have a vote and is not subject to assessments. Leases are only being offered to live-in residents of Apache Wells Homeowners Community, who meet the age requirement of 55+ for the primary lessee. The Lessee cannot reside in an AWHO property that already has an AWCC golf certificate attached to that property. The golfing rights are solely for the use of the Lessee and cannot be transferred. The Lessee can use a golf cart that he owns or a golf cart that comes with the residence where he is residing. Otherwise it will be necessary to rent a cart. The cost for the one-year lease is $1800.00 per golfer with a maximum of 2 golfers per lease, payable in full at time of lease. This cost does not include the cart fee if one is rented from the Pro-Shop. No credit card sales will be accepted.
